Kanpur Lamborghini Case: Shivam Mishra, son of a tobacco trader, released from court on a bail bond of Rs 20,000.

The court of ACJM 7 Amit Singh has rejected the application for judicial custody of Shivam Mishra, son of a tobacco businessman. The court stated that the police had wrongly arrested Shivam Mishra. The investigating officer was also reprimanded. Shivam was released on a personal bond of 20,000 rupees.

 

 

On Thursday morning, police from Gwaltoli police station arrested Shivam and brought him to court for failing to take notice of the Lamborghini accident and not cooperating with the investigation.

 

 

On Sunday, Shivam Mishra, son of tobacco businessman KK Mishra, was involved in an accident on VIP Road with his Lamborghini car. Taufiq was injured in the accident. The police filed a report based on his complaint. On Monday, the driver, Mohan M., a resident of Dwarka, Delhi, submitted a surrender application to the court.

 

 

Car owner Shivam Mishra, a resident of Vasant Vihar, Southwest Delhi, had submitted an application for the release of the car. Both applications were heard on Wednesday. The driver surrendered in court. The police reported to the court that Mohan M. is not an accused in this case.

 

 

The wanted accused in this case is Shivam Mishra. Regarding the car's release, the police reported that Shivam Mishra had not provided the car's documents to the investigating officer. Following this, the court rejected the driver's application for surrender.
