Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has given a New Year gift to the people of Haryana. The AAP government will start the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus service from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi to AIIMS Jhajjar. Along with this, women traveling on this route will be given free service by DTC.
The distance from Delhi AIIMS to Jhajjar AIIMS in Haryana is about 50 km. The bus service will stop at 13 places from Najafgarh Terminal to AIIMS Jhajjar. These include Prem Nursery Mitrano Village, Surhera Chauraha, Rawta Chauraha, Samaspur Khalsa, Ujwa, Malikpur Jar Chauraha, Rawta, Daurala Border, Makrola, Makrola Factory, Kaliyabas, Iqbalpur and AIIMS Jhajjar.
Decisions taken on the demand of the people
Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot said that the Delhi government has taken this decision keeping in view the demand of the people of Haryana. He told that earlier many times people of Jhajjar and other districts of Haryana had demanded better connectivity from Delhi AIIMS, keeping in view their demand, DTC buses would be plying on this route.
Kejriwal's Mission Haryana
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has now started focusing on Haryana after Gujarat. Before the 2024 elections, AAP's national convenor is working on increasing the party's threat in Haryana.
