Earlier, during interrogation, Bhagwal Singh had given much important information. According to the police, the accused Bhagwal Singh used to call himself a doctor. Apart from this, he was also involved in many types of social work. Presently all three accused are in judicial custody.
NHRC sought report

The NHRC has issued notices to the Chief Secretary and Director General of the Police of Kerala in the matter.
