After the Supreme Court's remarks, the hope of opening the roads leading to Delhi from the UP Gate (Ghazipur border), the site of anti-agriculture law protest, has now been completely dashed. Rakesh Tikait, the national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, has made it clear that the protesters will not leave the border. By November 26, if the central government does not accept their demands, then the protesters from the villages will reach the demonstration sites running on the borders of Delhi with tractors and make concrete fortifications.
Rakesh Tikait directly warned the central government by tweeting at around 10 am on Monday. Through this, the Central Government was given time till November 26. By then, if the law on the withdrawal of all three agricultural laws and minimum support price is not made, then it was announced to intensify the demonstration. Under this, from November 27, protesters from villages along with tractors announced to reach UP Gate and other borders of Delhi.
Tents will not move from the roads
It is also known from this tweet by Rakesh Tikait that the tents of the protesters will not move from the roads. The reason they have taken is that from November 27, there will be a solid fortification at the protest sites. The tents will be further strengthened. Earlier, the BKYU had made it clear on October 29 that the protest at the UP Gate would continue.
not possible to open
Following the Supreme Court's remarks, on October 21, Rakesh Tikait accused the Delhi Police of blocking the way by opening the curtains of a tent and some batis at the UP Gate protest site. On October 29, Delhi Police had opened the road above the flyover and sent a message that they had not blocked the road. Despite this, the road was not opened due to the protesters. People are still unable to go to Delhi through here.
