KVS started the admission process on February 28, 2022.
According to the latest information, children will be given admission according to their age. All Kendriya Vidyalayas have been informed about this. At the same time, students should note, the admission of students will be done under the VVN-Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi category and on the recommendation of the District Magistrate of the district in which the Kendriya Vidyalaya is located. A maximum of 10 students can be selected by the DM, two per class. At the same time, due to the decision of the government, the admission guidelines of KVS have been changed. In addition, this provision has been added to all 1200 schools in the country, including international branches in Tehran, Moscow, and Kathmandu.
Instructions have been given by the Deputy Commissioner of Education in KVS to the Regional Officers of all the branches regarding the PM Cares for Children Admission Scheme. Till now, the Ministry of Education has sent the list of more than 4000 students who are to be admitted to Kendriya Vidyalaya as beneficiaries of the PM Cares for Children scheme. At the same time, the list has already been given to the regional officers and principals of KV Schools.
Admission will start from February 28, 2022
