Weekend lockdown will be held on Saturday and Sunday in UP
The Uttar Pradesh government has now decided to impose weekend lockdown (Corona curfew) in the state every Saturday and Sunday amid the rising outbreak of Covid-19. Earlier, till May 15, the entire state was declared as a weekly full detainee on Sunday, ordering a 35-hour corona curfew from 8 am on Saturday to 7 am on Monday. Night curfew is still in force from eight o'clock in the morning to seven in the morning.
Bihar may get a weekend lockdown
A night curfew has been implemented in Bihar since April 19 to prevent corona infection. There will be a night curfew from 9 a.m. to five o'clock in the morning. Before this, shopping malls, cinemas, stadiums, museums, gyms, shrines, etc. are closed. They have been closed till 15 May. Sports activities and public events have also been banned till May 15. Schools and colleges and coaching institutes previously closed till 18 April have been closed till 15 May. School-college examinations have also been postponed. The possibility of a small-scale lockdown is being seen in Bihar. It is being told that a high-level meeting will be held on Tuesday to consider it. Weekend Lockdown in Punjab
Because of increasing corona infection cases in Punjab, the weekend lockdown has been decided. Corona cases are increasing rapidly in the state. On the lines of Haryana, markets in Punjab will also be closed daily at 6 pm. This decision was taken in a cabinet meeting chaired by Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh.
Lockdown extended in Delhi
To curb the Corona infection in Delhi, the Kejriwal government has extended the lockdown from 26 April to 2 May. The lockdown will remain till 5 am on 2 May. During this time all malls, gyms, spas, auditoriums, assembly halls, entertainment parks will remain closed. Eating at restaurants will be banned. All markets will remain closed. During this, sick people will be allowed to go to the hospital. Apart from this, sick people will be allowed to go to the hospital and come from the hospital. DTC buses and Delhi Metro will continue to operate. Public transport facilities such as autos and taxis will continue to operate. People associated with hospitals, government employees, police, district magistrates, electricity, water, sanitation will get exemption in lockdown.
Lockdown status in Maharashtra
Because of the increasing cases of corona in Maharashtra, restrictions like lockdown have been implemented once again. These restrictions have come into force from 8 pm on 14 April which will continue till 1 May. Section 144 has also been imposed in the entire state. The entire lockdown has also been demanded if the corona cases do not fall. Let it be said that everything will be closed except essential services till May 1. Although the public transport service will continue as usual during this period, private vehicles have not been allowed to operate. The state government has decided that groceries, vegetable shops, bakeries, and dairies will be opened from 7 am to 11 am in the entire state. Apart from this, the same order is available for shops selling chicken, mutton, egg, and fish.
'Lockdown' increased in these five big cities of MP including Bhopal
MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has extended restrictions issued in Chhindwara, Ratlam, Sagar, and Jabalpur, including the capital Bhopal. Lockdown in Chhattisgarh
