Prime Minister Narendra Modi campaigned in Anand, Gujarat today. During this campaign, he also addressed a rally at Shastri Maidan. In the rally he fiercely targeted Congress. The Prime Minister claimed that the entire country is saying with confidence today, 'Modi government once again'. He compared the 10 years of BJP's tenure with the 60 years of Congress. During this period, PM Modi called the tenure of Congress as governance. While addressing the rally, PM Modi described the Congress as a fan of Pakistan. Aiming Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, he said that Pakistan is desperate to make the prince the Prime Minister.
Congress cornered on various issues
While addressing the rally in Anand, PM Modi focused on Congress issues. He said, "The country has seen the rule of Congress for 60 years. Now the country has also seen the service period of BJP for 10 years. That was the rule, this is the service period. In the 60 years of Congress, about 60 percent of the rural population did not have toilets. In 10 years, the Congress government was able to provide tap water facilities to only 3 crore households in the country, that is, in less than 10 years. Today the number of houses having tap water supply has reached 14 crores, that is, 75 percent of the houses have tap water supply.
Congress accused of nationalizing banks
PM Modi accused the opposition and said that Congress has nationalized the banks. He further said that Congress captured the banks and said that banks should be for the poor. He further said, "Despite nationalizing banks in the name of the poor, the Congress government could not open bank accounts of crores of poor in 60 years. Modi opened more than 50 crore Jan Dhan bank accounts in 10 years."
At the rally, PM Modi said, "In 2014, when you ordered your son to serve the country by sending him from Gujarat to Delhi, the Prime Minister of the country at that time was a very learned economist. When he left, the country was ranked 11th in the world." It was the economy. In 10 years, this Gujarati tea seller took the country's economy to number five."
PM Modi mentioned Vallabhbhai Patel in the rally
The Prime Minister said that because of Congress, various kinds of games were played with the Constitution of the country for decades. Referring to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, PM Modi said that he left too soon, due to which the country has suffered a lot. He further said, "I have in my mind that I should try to fulfill Sardar Saheb's dreams also. Today Modi is confirming Sardar Saheb's dream of uniting the country. Whereas Congress is busy in dividing the country, Congress is destroying the society. I want to cause a fight."
Taunt on Rahul Gandhi
Aiming Rahul Gandhi, PM Modi said that the princes of Congress are dancing with the Constitution on their forehead these days. He questioned the opposition, "Congress should answer me as to why the Constitution which you are dancing with on your forehead today, did not apply to all parts of India for 75 years. Before the arrival of Modi, there were two constitutions in this country, There were two flags. His family members did not allow the Constitution of India to be implemented in Kashmir. This son, who came from the land of Sardar Patel, did not allow implementation of that 370. razed to the ground and paid tribute to Sardar Saheb."
PM Modi further said, "The weak government of Congress used to give dossiers to the masters of terrorism, but the strong government of Modi kills the terrorists by entering their homes. Look at the coincidence, today Congress is becoming weak in India. The fun is that here Congress Pakistan is crying and now the Pakistani leaders are eager to make the prince the Prime Minister. This partnership between Pakistan and Congress should be completely exposed. Has been."
Modi cornered the Congress and said, "Today people are asking why the Congress has gone so mad. Congress has today become a fake factory i.e. a factory of fake goods. Why is Congress selling false goods by calling itself a shop of love?" He further said, "Congress never cared about SC/ST. Before the 90s, Congress was not even in favor of OBC reservation. For years, the OBC community kept saying that the OBC Commission should get constitutional status. Congress did not listen to them."
PM Modi said that Congress never understood that there is a tribal society in our country. For so many years, Congress did not even create a separate ministry for tribals. The BJP government created a separate ministry and separate budget for tribals.
