New Delhi, Feb 3 (IANS) Looks Salon was honoured with several L'Oréal Professionnel Indian Hairdressing Awards in Goa.
Held on Monday, the Colour trophy went to Kandasamy Amali Perera of Looks Salon. The second spot went to Kamal Lal also from Looks Salon. The third position was given to Rajan Devrukhkar, Runah Salon.
The Cut and Style Award was handed over to Noah Michael Paul, Looks Salon, while the Subrata Senapati of Drama Salon was announced the runner-up.
There were business awards too and the Best Salon Chain North went to Looks Salon.
B Blunt also won big at the event, which is a platform that showcases the creative efforts of talents in the hairdressing industry. The Men's Image Award’s winner was Rohith Kumar from B Blunt and also the runner-up Dheeraj Kohli.
The Young Colorist Award was won by Sumitra Subba, Lime Lite Salon & Spa. Amir Budhwani of Toni & Guy was declared as the runner-up.
 This year marks the first edition of the Indian Hairdressing awards -- the new avatar of Color Trophy. Post four triumphant regional rounds, the Indian Hairdressing Awards finale took place in Goa in the form of a two-day salon congress with various master-classes and competitions held between Sunday and Monday.
