5.91 percent voting took place in Ahmednagar, 6.08 percent in Akola, 6.06 percent in Amravati, 7.05 percent in Aurangabad, 6.88 percent in Beed, 6.21 percent in Bhandara, 6.79 percent in Dhule, 8.05 percent in Chandrapur, 6.16 percent in Buldhana, 12.33 percent in Gadchiroli, 5.85 percent in Jalgaon, 7.51 percent in Jalna, 7.94 percent in Gondia, 6.45 percent in Hingoli, 7.38 percent in Kolhapur, 5.91 percent in Latur, 6.25 percent in Mumbai City, 6.86 percent in Nagpur.

5.42 percent voting took place in Nanded, 7.76 percent in Nandurbar, 6.89 percent in Nashik, 4.85 percent in Osmanabad, 7.30 percent in Palghar, 5.53 percent in Pune, 7.55 percent in Raigad, 9.30 percent in Ratnagiri, 6.14 percent in Sangli, 5.14 percent in Satara, 8.61 percent in Sindhudurg, 5.07 percent in Solapur, 6.66 percent in Thane, 5.93 percent in Wardha, 5.33 percent in Washim, 7.17 percent in Yavatmal, 6.59 percent in Parbhani, 7.88 percent in Mumbai suburban.
Among these candidates, 2,086 are independents. Rebel candidates are in the fray on more than 150 seats, in which Mahayuti and MVA candidates are contesting against their party's official candidates. Officials said that the number of voters registered till October 30 is 9,70,25,119.
These include 5,00,22,739 male voters, 4,69,96,279 female voters, and 6,101 transgender voters. Apart from this, the total number of Divyang voters is 6,41,425, while the number of service voters in the armed forces is 1,16,170.

There will be 1,00,186 polling stations in Maharashtra this time, whereas, in the 2019 assembly elections, their number was 96,654. This increase has been made due to the increase in the number of voters. About six lakh employees of the state government have been deployed for election duty.
This time the main contest is between the ruling Mahayuti (BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP) and Mahavikas Aghadi (Congress, Shiv Sena-UBT, and NCP-Sharad Pawar). In this election, while the ruling Mahayuti alliance is trying to retain power, the opposition alliance Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) is hoping for a spectacular return to power.
