After the arrest of Vikas Dubey's maternal brother, Shashikant Pandey, the police are finding new secrets in the murder of eight of his associates. Shashikant has made several revelations in the interrogation. Prem Prakash Pandey, a maternal uncle of Vikas Dubey who was killed in a police encounter, was an expert in the bombing. A police investigation has revealed that he was so vicious that he would bomb in the same direction after hearing the sound. On the day of the incident, he had done two fast blasts.
According to the police investigation, Prem Pandey was firing continuously on the night of the incident. Two bomb blasts were carried out after killing eight policemen. He aimed to get the police to run away with the sound of the blasts and to fry them with bullets.
Bombs fired only in the dark
Officers came to know from the injured policemen that two bombs were detonated when the jawans remaining after the murder of their companions were running around to save their lives. After this, the police in the house where the place was found, went into hiding. These policemen came out when the backup force arrived. They say that the village was completely dark. Prem Prakash had fired the bombs just after hearing the sound and very little voice After this, there was complete silence. Amar and Prabhat also opened fire on the policemen.
Along with the licensee, I also attacked with illegal materials
Vikas Dubey's operatives, along with the licensee, fired on the police with illegal weapons. This has been revealed in a joint investigation by STF and police. It has also been learned that Vikas Dubey also had a large network of supply of illegal platforms. Information has been received about its suppliers. They are currently underground and police are on the lookout. The development operatives who have been arrested so far have told the police that on the night of the incident, Vikas was brought to the scene by the license, more than a dozen illegal fireplaces were used in the firing. In the first round, firing was done from the platforms. After that, the licensees used the materials. It was also told that such a large number of illegal platforms were supplied from Shuklaganj, Unnao, and Bilhaur. Some upgraded country made (desi) pistols were supplied from Bihar.
Used to watch the occupation of land
Prem Prakash used to look after the occupied lands of development. Presently, he was preparing the land for development by cutting the forests near the village. Illegal development also captured about 100 bighas of land. JCB engaged in the same work was used to block the way on the day of the incident.
Police can make Shashikant and his wife Manu a government witness:
In the Vikas Dubey case, the police are preparing to make Shashikant and his wife Manu a public witness. Both have told about the incident and said that the police have to cooperate. Police investigation has revealed that Manu Pandey and Shashikant are eyewitnesses of the incident. He has told the entire story from the preparation of the incident to the murder of eight police personnel. All the information has been given about who was firing from which terrace. SP villager Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said that if both become government witnesses then the magistrate's statement will be recorded.
