NEET UG Exam 2022 Dress Code Guidelines: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2022 exam for admission to undergraduate medical courses is scheduled to be held on July 17. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which is conducting the exam, has released a list containing guidelines and dress codes for the students.
These rules given in the list have to be followed by every candidate to appear in the NEET Exam 2022. Along with this, the agency has also released the admit card for NEET UG 2022 on the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
More than 18 lakh candidates appeared in the exam this year
This year more than 18 lakh candidates will try their luck for admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses in the exam. This is the highest number of participants in NEET UG 2022 as compared to the previous years. NEET UG exam will be conducted in 500 cities in the country and 14 cities outside the country. Candidates are advised to go through the NEET UG admit card carefully and read all the instructions properly.
Dress Code for NEET UG Exam 2022: Not Allowed
Aspirants of the NEET UG exam are not allowed to wear shoes.
NTA reserves the right to ask the student to remove shoes outside the examination center in compliance with the dress code.
Candidates are not allowed full sleeve light clothing.
Jewelry other than religion, tradition, and culturally mandated is not permitted.
Sunglasses, digital watches, watches, analog watches, and caps are not allowed.
Dress Code for NEET UG Exam 2022: They are allowed
Candidates are allowed sandals and open sandals with small heels.
NEET UG aspirants can wear casual and weather-friendly clothes.
Religion, tradition, and culturally obligatory clothing are permitted.
However, such candidates will have to reach the examination center two hours before the scheduled time for reporting for a security check.
The wearing of religious, traditional, and culturally obligatory items or objects of faith is also permitted.
If you have any such item, you will have to reach the examination center for the necessary screening process two hours before the reporting time.

Based on the recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP), NEET UG 2022 exam is being conducted in Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu languages besides Hindi and English.
There will be negative markings in the NEET UG exam
There will be negative marking for both the part i.e. Section A and Section B in the NEET UG exam. NTA plans to distribute NEET - 2022 score cards using Blockchain technology along with IIT Kanpur, NIC, and NeGD (DigiLocker) to distribute globally verified and tamper-proof scorecards.
