ISRO engaged in preparing indigenous flight

Science and Technology Minister Jitendra Singh says that space agencies are engaged in preparing indigenous flights to go to Low Earth Orbit i.e. closest to the surface of the Earth. India has named the mission to move people into space the 'Gaganyaan Mission'.

Let us tell you that ISRO is currently working with 61 countries of the world in many areas of space activity.

3 space companies found success

3 space companies of the world have played an important role to move people into space. The first is Richard Branson's company Virgin Galactic, the second is Jeff Bezos's company Blue Origin and Elon Musk's SpaceX company. After these companies, many other countries including China are also working on projects related to space tourism.

Gaganyaan mission will be launched by the end of 2022

Science and Technology Minister Jitendra Singh told that preparations have been made for the Gaganyaan mission. Soon India will send 1 or 2 people to space. For this, 2 trials will be conducted by the end of the year.

The trial will be like this…

In the first trial, such a flight will be sent to space, in which there is no human.

In the second trial, the aircraft will be sent to space with the female robot.

In the third trial, 2 people will be sent on a space flight.

Training given to Air Force pilots

According to Dr. Singh, two humans can be sent on the space flight of the third mission. These people will stay in space for 7 days. For the mission, four pilots of the Indian Air Force have been sent to Russia and given training at the Space Training Center. These astronauts will be called 'Gaganauts'.

One of the four pilots of the Indian Air Force is a Group Captain. The rest three are Wing Commanders, who are being groomed for the Gaganyaan mission. Now they will be given training in the Gaganyaan module in Bangalore.

The Gaganyaan mission was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 15 August 2018 from the Red Fort. About 10 thousand crore rupees will be spent on the mission. For this, the Union Cabinet approved it in 2018 itself. Indian astronauts will circle the Earth's lower orbit for 7 days. For their training, ISRO has tied up with Glavkosmos, the Russian space agency.
