Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the Jammu Railway Division and launch several railway projects including a terminal station in Telangana through video conferencing on Monday. The division also includes the world's highest cable bridge over the Chenab River at Kauri. The bridge is 359 meters high from the river bed. Its length is 473.25 meters, which includes a 120-meter bridge and a central embankment of 94.25 meters. Jammu Division will manage the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Railway Link (USBRL) project.

This will help in decongesting existing terminals like Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and Kachiguda.
