Akhilesh, who is going to participate in the proceedings of the Lok Sabha, while talking to the news agency said- Uttarakhand should also be renamed Uttar Pradesh-2. The name of Uttar Pradesh should also be linked to Uttarakhand.'

In these, Ghat Nagar Panchayat was renamed as Nandanagar and Joshimath was renamed as Jyotirmath.
