It is noteworthy that with the announcement of the Election Manifesto Committee for Punjab in 2017 by the Congress High Command, many senior leaders of the party were included in it and the work of preparing the manifesto started immediately. At that time, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh also got important support in preparing the manifesto of the Punjab Congress. But this time the leaders of the state are confused about the manifesto and the election campaign of the party has not even started. At present, an atmosphere is being created for the party by making various announcements for the public on behalf of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi.
