Delhi Police immediately took into custody Anmol Shinde and girl Neelam who created a ruckus outside the Parliament. Before being caught by the police, both the accused created a ruckus. Neelam kept raising slogans even when the women personnel of Delhi Police were taking her into custody and going to Sansad Marg police station. There was no fear of getting caught by the security agencies on his face. Neelam's video of the time when the police had taken her into custody is going viral on social media. A senior Delhi Police officer said that Neelam, originally a resident of Ghaso Kala in Jind district, lives in a PG located behind Red Square Market in Hisar. She is preparing for the Haryana Civil Service by staying in PG. According to police officials, Neelam had left the PG on November 25 asking to go home. Initial investigation has revealed that other students living in PG said that Neelam is very interested in politics.

 

When Delhi Police detained Neelam, while talking to the media persons, Neelam shouted that her name was Neelam. The common people, our government, and those who talk about their rights are tortured. Lathicharge is done...torture is done. When media persons asked Neelam if she was associated with any organization, Neelam said that she was not associated with any organization. She is a student and is preparing for civil services.

Neelam further said that we are unemployed. Our parents work very hard. Farmers and traders work hard, but no one is listened to. An attempt is made to suppress the voice. After this Neelam started sloganeering. This dictatorship will not last... Stop the dictatorship... Bharat Mata ki Jai.
