A local Rohingya NGO has filed a PIL in the Supreme Court demanding free education for Rohingya children living in Delhi without an Aadhaar card.
It also said that they should be allowed to appear in 10th, 12th, and graduation examinations without any identity card. The alleged Rohingya 'refugees' live in Shaheen Bagh, Kalindi Kunj, and Khajuri Khas areas of Delhi. The Supreme Court will hear this case on February 10.

Kotiswar Singh asked senior advocate Colin Gonsalves, who is pleading on behalf of the NGO 'Rohingya Human Rights Initiative', to file an affidavit with full details of where the Rohingya settlements are in Delhi.
