It has been told that there is a proposal to increase the salary of the Chief Minister from ₹ 75,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh. At the same time, the salary of ministers will be increased from ₹ 60,000 to Rs 1.25 lakh. It is being told that there is a proposal to increase the salary of MLAs from ₹ 40,000 to Rs 80,000.
Increase in medical allowance of former MLAs
Along with this, the medical allowance of former MLAs will be increased from ₹ 5,000 to Rs 20,000. Regional travel allowance will be increased from ₹ 60,000 to 80,000. For this, there is a proposal to increase the annual allowance of train and air tickets from ₹ 2.5 lakh to Rs 3.5 lakh.
