Speaking to NBC News, Biden said that a direct fight between the military of Ukraine and Russia could start at any time.

 

Biden said – We are in a state of conflict with one of the largest armies in the world. This is a very different situation, soon things may get worse. US citizens should leave Ukraine soon. On the question of sending troops to Ukraine, the US President said, sending troops there means the beginning of the world war.

 

On Thursday, a US State Department adviser has issued a warning, 'If Russia takes military action against Ukraine, then America will not be in a position to evacuate its citizens. At the same time, the American think tank has also issued a warning that if the Russian army starts a full-scale war, its tanks will enter Ukraine's capital Kyiv in just 48 hours.

 

Russia started the exercise

 

Russia has also started its preparations amid the possible threat of war. Russia began exercises with the Belarusian army on Thursday. This is the largest joint military exercise in recent years. Thousands of soldiers are participating in it along with tanks, fighter aircraft, and S-400 missile defense systems. In Belarus, this exercise will run till February 20. According to reports, more than 30 thousand Russian soldiers will participate in it.

 

The US sent the second consignment of weapons to Ukraine

Amidst the growing threat of war, the US sent a second consignment of weapons to Ukraine last night. Even before this, the US $ 200 million in security aid was sent to Ukraine. 8,500 US troops are also on high alert because of tensions in Eastern Europe.

 

Britain has also handed over state-of-the-art missiles

Britain has handed over a large number of state-of-the-art anti-tank missiles and Anglo-Swedish anti-tank guided missiles to Ukraine to counter a possible Russian attack. It is believed that Russia is the first to attack the Ukrainian border with tanks.
