New Delhi, March 28 (IANS) It was a sunny Saturday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 21 degrees Celsius, three notches above the average.
The Met department has forecast a partly cloudy day ahead.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius, the India Meteorological Department said.
"There was mist in the morning. The day will be partly cloudy," said the Met office.
The humidity at 8:30 a.m. was 78 percent.
Friday's maximum temperature was recorded at 36 degrees Celsius - four notches above the season's average while the minimum settled at 21 degrees Celsius - three notches above the season's average.
