The late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput Case has returned from Patna Police SIT to Patna Police from Bihar to Mumbai after being transferred to CBI. The four policemen of the SIT returned from a Spice Jet flight on Thursday. However, SP City Vinay Tiwari is currently housed in Quarantine in Mumbai.
Earlier, a case was filed on behalf of father KK Singh in the suicide case of actor Sushant. After this, the Patna Police came into action about a week ago, after investigating the Sushant case, a four-member SIT was formed and sent to Mumbai for investigation. Now that the Sushant case has been transferred to the CBI (CBI Investigation), the Bihar police investigation has been postponed and returned. The Patna Police team will now submit its investigation report to SSP Upendra Sharma. After this, all the members of the team will meet IG Sanjay Singh and will give information about the investigation.
The team has met 12 people and taken their statements
Patna Police team reached Mumbai on July 27, taking statements of about 12 people including Sushant's sister, Ankita Lokhande, film director Mukesh Chhabra and Rumi Jaffrey, servant Neeraj, guard, cook, Deepesh Sawant, Siddharth Pisani. Police have also collected the CDR report, bank statement and other evidence of Sushant's mobile.
Earlier, Patna IG Range Sanjay Singh had said that SIT will return to Patna from Mumbai in a day or two after the case is transferred to CBI. The SIT has been asked to keep the file of all the documents related to the investigation and statement so far. When asked by the court or CBI, these documents will be handed over as per rules.
Patna Police is also in a mood to cross the quarantine case of SP City
The BMC officer has responded to Patna's IG IG Sanjay Singh's letter regarding quarantine to Patna's SP City Vinay Tiwari. BMC's Assistant Commissioner P Velarasu has said through a letter to the IG that the City SP will have to follow the Maharashtra government rules. He has written that the corona infection is widespread in Bihar. In such a situation, if SP also has symptoms of corona, then the disease can be spread to other officers through them. Therefore, they should have a meeting with the officers of the Maharashtra Government through different apps. After getting this letter, Patna Police are also in a cross mood. Range IG Sanjay Singh has said that he will again speak to the officers there from his level.
DGP Gupteshwar Pandey also questioned the action taken on BMC
The death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput made serious remarks to the Supreme Court about forcibly quarantining Bihar's IPS Vinay Tiwari, who went to Mumbai to lead the SIT to investigate the case. Despite this, Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey expressed regret over tweeting that the BMC has not quarantined IPS.
Gupteshwar Pandey tweeted that it was a serious remark made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court that forcing IPS Vinay Tiwari of Bihar to be quarantined in Mumbai is wrong, yet BMC has not released him yet. They don't even care about the Supreme Court! Now, what will you call it?
