A new decree has been issued in the Taliban for women who do not wear hijab. In Afghanistan's Balkh province, shopkeepers have been forbidden from selling anything to women without a hijab. According to the new order, if any shopkeeper sells any product to women who are not wearing hijabs, then strict action will be taken against them. This order has been issued on behalf of the famous Blue Mosque of the city of Mazar-e-Sharif.
After the arrival of Taliban 2.0 in Afghanistan, there has been a constant emphasis on women wearing the hijab there. Two months ago Muslim women who did not wear a hijab have been compared to animals and were forbidden to wear short or tight clothing. For this, posters were put up everywhere in Kandahar city. Taliban 2.0 imposed many restrictions on women
The Taliban have imposed harsh sanctions on Afghan women since returning to power in August. Last March also, the Taliban issued an order banning men and women from going to the amusement park on the same day. Even before this, the Taliban regime imposed many restrictions on women.
These include a ban on traveling alone, a man must be accompanied for long-distance travel, a ban on giving driving licenses to women, wearing the hijab compulsory, and the removal of boards with pictures of women outside shops.
10 thousand girls were thrown out of secondary schools
More than 10,000 girls were thrown out of secondary schools. Also, women have been barred from returning to many government jobs.
