BCCI arranged a special charter for the Indian team to return to the country

 

The Indian team will leave for Delhi from Barbados (local time) by charter at 6 pm on Tuesday. The BCCI has arranged for them to reach India by special charter. The storm has now stopped here.

 

In such a situation, Team India will reach around 7 pm Indian time. Fans are already very eager at the airport to give a strong welcome to the Indian team.

 

Earlier, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah had said that he had to leave on Sunday afternoon, but due to this cyclone, he decided to go with the team. I could not leave the team alone. The team had to go later by another charter.

 

Let us tell you that the cyclone that wreaked havoc in Barbados is named Beryl. Heavy rains and strong winds were felt in this storm. The storm had winds up to 150 miles per hour (240 kilometers per hour). In this storm, the roofs of many people's houses were blown away. On this, the National Hurricane Center said that this is an extremely dangerous and life-threatening situation. Before this, such a terrible storm had come into the Caribbean region 20 years ago, which was named Ivan.
