Pilibhit Encounter: Three Khalistani terrorists killed in encounter, two AK-47s recovered; had attacked a police post in Punjab

Three Khalistani terrorists killed in Pilibhit were accused of attacking a police post in Gurdaspur, Punjab. All three terrorists had come and hidden in the Puranpur area of ​​Pilibhit. A joint team of Punjab and UP police has killed all three. Pistols and some other weapons have also been recovered from them.

Gurvinder Singh resident of Mohalla Kalanaur, police station Kalanaur district Gurdaspur, Punjab

 

Virendra Singh alias Ravi son of Ranjit Singh alias Jeeta, resident of village Agwan police station Kalanaur district Gurdaspur, Punjab

 

Jasan Preet Singh alias Pratap Singh age resident of village Nikka Sur, police station Kalanaur district Gurdaspur, Punjab

 

The ages of all three are between 18 and 25 years.

 

Two constables were also injured in the encounter.

 

Two policemen have also been injured during the encounter. Among the injured policemen are Constable Shahnawaz of SOG team and Constable Sumit Rathi of Madhotanda police station. After the encounter, CO City Deepak Chaturvedi and Inspector Sungarhi Pawan Pandey reached Puranpur Community Health Center. Two AK-47s were found with the terrorists killed in the encounter.

 

Explosions took place in the police post on 19 and 20 December.

 

Let us tell you that explosions took place in Bakshiwal police post on 19 December and in Wadala Bangar post on 20 December. Both the posts are under the Kalanaur police station of Gurdaspur district.
