The central government has taken a big decision to protect the environment. The Modi government has decided to completely ban single-use plastic from July 1. A special team will be formed to check the illegal manufacture, import, storage, distribution, and sale of single-use plastics. The ministry said that states have been told that single-use plastic will not be sent from one state to another. "Single-use plastics hurt the environment," the statement said. Marine nature is also affected by this. The increasing pollution due to single-use plastic remains a challenge not only for India but for many countries.
