In the invitation letter sent by Rashtrapati Bhavan for the G-20 dinner on September 9, the President of India has been written instead of the President of India.

 

According to Article 1 of the Constitution, India, which is called India, will be a union of states, but now this union of states is also being attacked. After this, a debate broke out regarding this topic.

 

S Jaishankar targeted the opposition

Now Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has also given his reaction on this issue. He mentions India which is India in the Constitution. He said that the meaning of the word 'India' is also reflected in the Constitution. S Jaishankar further said, “India that is Bharat, it is in the constitution.” Please, I urge everyone to read it."

 

Jaishankar further said, "It should have happened earlier. It gives a lot of satisfaction to the mind. 'Bharat' is our identity. We are proud of it. The President has given priority to 'Bharat'. It is out of the colonial mindset. This is the biggest statement to come.

 

BJP leaders reacted in the name of India

Let us tell you that on the issue of changing the name of India to Bharat, many BJP leaders gave their reaction on Tuesday. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan posted a picture of the President's dinner invitation on 'X' and wrote a few lines of the national anthem.

 

India is as old as the moon and the sun: Himanta Biswa Sarma

At the same time, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also claimed that the people of every state want the country to be known as India. As long as the sun and the moon exist, our country will be known as India.

 

CM Himanta Biswa Sarma also alleged that the opposition parties are conspiring to destroy the Hindu religion and the name India.

 

He claimed, "India is as old as the Sun and the Moon. As long as the Sun and the Moon exist, India will continue to exist. Every state and its people want the country to be known as India.
