Threat: Threat to blow up the school, police-administration high alert

Karnataka School Bomb threat: In Karnataka, a case of receiving a threat to blow up a school with a bomb came to light on Friday. Police had informed that a bomb threat has been received at NPS/NAFA School Rajajinagar under Basaveshwara Nagar police station in Karnataka. Bengaluru West DCP Laxman B Nimbargi told that we ensured that the students were taken to a safe place. Bomb Disposal and Dog Squad had reached the spot. A case was registered and a prompt investigation was done.

 

 

 

A high-level police investigation revealed that the threat to blow up the school was made by a minor student from another school. West Bengaluru DCP Laxman B Nimbargi said that a minor student from another school had sent a bomb threat e-mail to the NPS/NAFA school without knowing the consequences of the act. The report will be given to the Juvenile Board for further inquiry.
