The film 'Udaipur Files' has been in controversy since the beginning. This film was to be released on 11 July. But some religious organizations went to court against it. Due to the matter being in court, the release of the film kept getting postponed. Now this film will be released today, i.e., on 8 August. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has also given the green signal to this film. Now, the Delhi High Court has also refused to ban Udaipur Files.

Accused Mohammad Javed demanded a stay from the court.

Kanhaiya Lal murder case accused Mohammad Javed had approached the court demanding a stay on the release of the film 'Udaipur Files'. But the Delhi High Court has refused to ban the release of the film. The court of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela refused to ban the film. The court passed the order rejecting the petition seeking a stay. The court said that the petitioner has failed to prove the whole matter in his favor.

The court refuses to ban the release.

The court further said, 'The filmmaker has spent his entire life's earnings on this. If the film is not released, he will have a problem. Once the film is passed by the censor board, it is not possible to affect the release. In such a situation, the court is also unable to stop the release of the film. Finally, allowing the release of the film 'Udaipur Files', the court said that there will be no harm from this. On Wednesday, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) dismissed all the petitions related to the film 'Udaipur Files', clearing the way for its release.

Senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia, appearing on behalf of the filmmakers, said, 'The film is to be released tomorrow. The producer has spent his entire life's earnings on making this film. The court has also been told that the name of the accused and his role are not mentioned anywhere in the film.'
