Weather Update: Air pollution is not stopping in Delhi, double attack of rain and snowfall on the mountains; Know in which states there is an alert

While many states across the country are facing the brunt of air pollution, many states in South India are receiving continuous moderate to heavy rains. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in many states of South India even today. According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of snowfall in the mountains today. There has also been a warning of light rain in Delhi in the coming days.

 

Stifling poisonous air continues to wreak havoc in Delhi

Delhi's AQI remained in the 'severe' category for the sixth consecutive day on Wednesday. No area of the national capital was breathable. AQI of most parts of Delhi was recorded above 400. There is no possibility of any significant improvement in it even during the next two to three days. At the same time, the Meteorological Department estimates that there will be light fog in the morning on Thursday while it will be partly cloudy during the day.

 

Weather patterns will change in Haryana from today

Change in weather may be seen in Haryana from November 9. With this change, there is a possibility of strong winds and drizzle along with thunder and lightning in other districts including Kurukshetra. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of a drop in night and day temperatures due to dry weather and northwest winds from November 11. Regarding the weather in Haryana, Dr. Singh said that there will be a change in the weather due to the partial effect of the western disturbance. There will be clouds in the sky of Bihar

The weather patterns have started changing in many cities of Bihar and the cold in the morning and evening has started increasing gradually. During the last 24 hours, there was fog and partly cloudy sky in Patna and surrounding areas. There was dense fog in Purnia. A decline was recorded in the minimum temperature in 18 cities of the state. Gaya was the coldest city at 15.0 degrees Celsius. While Patna and surrounding areas will remain cloudy, the temperature in other cities has started falling rapidly.

 

It will rain in these areas including Uttarakhand

Continuous changes are being seen in the weather of Uttarakhand. While snowfall was seen in Kedarnath, the weather is becoming dry in other areas. According to the meteorological forecast, there may be light rain with thunder at isolated places in the high-altitude areas of Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Bageshwar, Chamoli, and Pithoragarh districts on Thursday. Light snowfall may occur at places at altitudes above three and a half thousand meters. The weather is expected to remain dry in the remaining districts.

 

Possibility of snowfall in these places of Himachal

There is a possibility of rain at many places in Himachal and snowfall at higher altitudes. A yellow alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department on Thursday regarding rain in the state. Meteorological Department Director Surendra Pal says that a mild western disturbance has become active in the state. This disturbance may result in rainfall at many places in the state and snowfall at higher altitudes.
