"Moderate to dense fog is observed over Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh adjoining East Rajasthan, central parts of Uttar Pradesh, South Assam, and Tripura," the IMD wrote in a post on Twitter.
Mercury below zero in most districts of Kashmir
