At that time terrorism used to scare people and people used to feel insecure, but now times have changed and now terrorists themselves feel insecure in their homes.'

The Prime Minister, while targeting the opposition in his address, said that the previous governments did the politics of vote bank, whereas the current government is trying to restore people's faith in the government.
