Due to the low-pressure building in the Bay of Bengal, active Monsoon conditions are going to continue over the areas of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and North Maharashtra for the next two days, after which there will be fewer rain activities. Talking about Uttar Pradesh, there is a possibility of heavy rain in many districts today.
Light rain may occur in Delhi

Heavy rain alert for 2 days in these districts of UP
There is a possibility of heavy rain in Uttar Pradesh this week. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain and thundershowers at different places in UP on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is also the possibility of a lightning strike. Along with this, rain or thundershowers are expected in other parts of the state. Meteorological Department has predicted Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Lucknow, Barabanki, Ayodhya, Gonda, Basti, Ambedkar Nagar, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, Etah, Agra, Mathura, Hathras, Aligarh, Firozabad, Etawah, Auraiya, Mainpuri, Jalaun, Farrukhabad in the next 24 hours. Rain alert has been issued in Hardoi, Kannauj, Unnao, and Kasganj. Along with this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Banda, Chitrakoot, Prayagraj, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, and adjoining areas. Because of this, a yellow alert has been issued.
Rain alert in 14 districts including Patna in Bihar
Monsoon, which has been sluggish in Bihar for the last few days, has now become active. The Meteorological Department has predicted good rain with light rain in 14 districts of the state on Tuesday. It includes Bhojpur, Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Arwal, Gaya, Nawada, Nalanda, Jehanabad, Begusarai, Lakhisarai and Sheikhpura.
Heavy rain alert in many districts of MP
Most of the cities of Madhya Pradesh are receiving heavy rains. Water has been falling in Bhopal since overnight, due to which there has been a situation of water logging in the capital. Many rivers and streams are in spate. Most of the dam gates have been opened. The Meteorological Department issued a warning of heavy to very heavy rains in Jabalpur, Bhopal, and Indore on August 15. There is an alert of heavy rain in the adjoining districts of Bhopal, Raisen, Vidisha, and Sehore.
Know- when will it rain in your state
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of moderate rain and thundershowers in West Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Konkan, and Goa on August 16.
The region of Rajasthan and Gujarat will receive rain from 16 to 17 August. It will rain in Saurashtra and Kutch on August 16 and 17.
Moderate rain is expected over West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and East Madhya Pradesh on August 18-19.
There is a possibility of heavy rain in Odisha on August 18 and 19.
Apart from this, heavy to very heavy rains will occur over West Bengal on August 18 and 19, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and East Madhya Pradesh on August 19.
The Meteorological Department further said that there will be rain and thundershowers in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. It will rain in Himachal Pradesh on August 17 and 18.
There is a possibility of rain in Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and East Madhya Pradesh on August 19.
