Important military dialogue is going to take place between India and China on 12 January (Wednesday). Its purpose is to end the standoff on the border between the two countries. However, due to the stubborn attitude of China, the standoff on the border continues till now. Apart from this, China is constantly engaged in carrying out such activities, due to which the situation is continuously getting worse. Let us tell you that in the past, China had changed the name of some areas of Arunachal Pradesh according to its own. However, India had not only strongly objected to this, but also said that like Jammu and Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh is also an integral part of India. At the same time, China says that it is a part of Eastern Tibet, which comes under the territory of China.

However, in the meeting which is going to be held between the senior officers of the two armies on Wednesday, India's emphasis will be on restoring the situation before May 2020 in Hat Spring, Depsang, and Demchok. India has also expressed the hope that the same result can be reached in this meeting. Let us also tell you here that before this, the 13th round of military talks between the two army officers was held on October 10, in which no conclusion could be reached due to China's obstinate attitude. This is the reason why the military talks to be held on Wednesday are being considered very important.

This meeting will be held at Chashul-Moldo. The meeting will be attended by the Commander of the 14th Corps and senior officials of the Defense and External Affairs Ministries. Professor HS Prabhakar of Jawaharlal Nehru University believes that China is constantly displaying its aggression. He has the same attitude not only with India but also with other countries. He wants to bow to everyone before his power. He is also a victim of a similar misunderstanding regarding India. During the last two years, China has shown a lot of aggression along the border with India. He has also had to bear the brunt of this. But there is a need to take those steps so that China cannot do such an act again. India has been keeping its point in front of China very clearly in the past as well. He will do the same in this time's talks as well. India is trying to restore the situation by withdrawing its army from the area of Hot Spring, Damchok, and Depsang.

Professor Prabhakar also says that a major reason for China's aggressive attitude is that India is increasing its military capability with great speed. India is also going to get the S-400 missile system from Russia, which will further strengthen India's border security. There is also a need that India also remain a strong wall in front of China's hackery. If China makes any mistake on the border in the future, then give a befitting reply to it. At present, India has the full support of America, due to which India's position in this entire region is very strong. So there is no reason for us to hold back or to weaken.
