Zydus Cadila Launches Corona Drug Remedisvir, Price Rs 2800
Pharmaceutical company Zydus Cadila on Thursday launched Remedisivir drug in the Indian market to treat Corona patients. It is named Remdeck. The 100 mg vial of Remdec is Rs 2,800.
Zydus Cadila said that this drug will be found in government and private hospitals. Zydus is the fifth company in the country to launch an antiviral drug. Earlier, pharmaceutical companies Hetero Labs, Cipla, Mylan NV, and Jubilant Live Sciences have launched this drug in the market. Cadila Healthcare Managing Director Dr. Sharvil Patel said, "Remdec is the cheapest medicine, because we want it to reach as many patients as possible."

3. Bihar

Meanwhile, 2439 infected people have recovered and the total number of cured people has increased to 62507. Currently, the state's recovery rate is 66.17%. The number of active patients is 31467. More than a hundred new corona infected has been found in 15 districts of the state including Patna.
According to the Health Department, RTPCR testing machines will soon be installed in five more medical college hospitals in the state. It has been decided to install these machines at Karpoori Thakur Medical College Hospital Madhepura, Nalanda Medical College Hospital Patna, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital Bhagalpur, Government Medical College Hospital Betia and Pavapuri Medical College Hospital, Nalanda. In the last 24 hours, 381 personnel from Maharashtra Police have been found corona infected and three jawans died. So far 124 policemen have died due to infection in the state. According to the Maharashtra Police, 11,773 jawans have been found corona infected so far in the state. Of these 9,416 policemen were cured, while 2,233 are still under treatment.
5. Uttar Pradesh.
There have been 4537 new cases of coronavirus infection in Uttar Pradesh.
