It Is Gone

The way I used to smile,

and love our favorite song

The way it felt so right

and now today it feels so wrong

Today it is much harder

for me to carry on

acceptance

Knowing it will never work out

between us

Leaving the past and focus on the future

Whatever happened to the days when we were in love

Inseparable

Because we were so strong?

And now it is gone
