Feels like a lifetime ago

that I loved like that.

Wanting more

and more and more.

There are no photographs.

No forgotten sweatshirts.

No saved brunch receipts

or concert tickets.

No proof that I was madly

in love with you.

We carved our names

into nothing.

My skin aches knowing

all I have left

is a fading film reel

of your smile.

Love sits on my shoulder and whispers in my ear.

It tells me how you love me and the word

New Love True Love

"Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?"

Are the words you'd hear Will Shakespeare say.<

My Love....

From the moment our eyes met,

My soul could never forget.

You handed me your numb

Losing The Best Part Of Me

We fight we struggle

We kick and scream

Please let us back in

And wake us
