Farmers will take out tractor march tomorrow
Due to bad weather, farmers have announced to take out tractor marches around Delhi on 7 January i.e. tomorrow. He said that this would be a trial of the tractor parade to be held on March 26.
250 women to lead the tractor parade of 26 January
Farmers on the Singhu border said that if the government did not withdraw the agricultural laws, they would take a tractor parade in Delhi on 26 January. The parade will be led by women from Punjab and Haryana. They have also wondered how they will execute the rally. About 250 women from Haryana are taking tractor driving training.
Talks with farmers government on January 8
The 4 January meeting between the farmers and the government was inconclusive and the next date was 8 January. In the next meeting, there will be a demand to withdraw the agricultural laws and make separate laws on MSP. This will be the 9th round meeting. Earlier, only 2 demands of farmers were agreed upon in the 7th round meeting, all the other meetings were inconclusive.
Farmers started paved construction on the ticker border
Seeing the protracted agitation, the farmers have started building brick and mortar pucca hideouts on the border. Their tents had fallen due to the rains that happened in the past. The agitating farmers are also building pucca offices in the middle of the road. Now they are preparing to bring cattle here too.
Fatehgarh Sahib farmer dies of heart attack
Farmer Gurdarshan Singh (48) of Roorkee village of Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, died of a heart attack on Tuesday. He joined the movement in Delhi. His son said that on January 3, doctors sent him home after his father's health deteriorated in Delhi. He died here.
