One's bail application rejected in the nuisance

 

Additional District Judge 16 Jitendra Kumar Dwivedi has rejected three bail applications of Saqlain, another accused in the riots on Nai Road on June 3.

 

ADGC Dinesh Agarwal said that based on CCTV footage, Saqlain was arrested by the police near Cheena Park and sent to jail.

 

Apart from this, different dates have been put on other bail applications. A hearing on 20-25 bail applications is also to be held on Tuesday.
