As soon as the lockdown was announced in the country, thousands of establishments ordered their employees to go home. A similar order was given to a prince working in Gurugram. His master said, "Go home and stay there." But, the prince's house is a thousand km Even in Chhapra, Bihar. He has only 1 thousand rupees and there is no idea when the next salary will come. In such a situation, there is no point in staying in Gurugram itself. The difficulty is that there is no way to go.

Like him, many more people were found walking on the road, in the hope that there would be some way to reach home. The crowd of people who went on foot march reached UP by evening. He covered a distance of 50 km crossing Delhi in a day. Some locals gave him food packets. The herd grew, thinking that somewhere a car could be found.

There are many such flocks of roadblocks from Delhi-NCR. Those returning to the village are mostly factory and daily wage laborers. They have suddenly become unemployed due to the shutdown of factories and businesses. Their migration to the village is also a matter of concern for the government because the purpose of the lockdown has come under threat which is to stop the movement of people.
