This video has been shared by entrepreneur Arun Pudur. Jaishankar says, 'I went to America in the year 2021. At that time the ban on flights was lifted. The son said that we are going to a restaurant. At the restaurant, both of us were asked for a certificate of Kovid vaccination. I took out my phone and showed the vaccination certificate.

 

Jaishankar further explains, 'I showed the vaccination certificate on my phone while my son took out his wallet and took out a paper from it. The son showed his vaccine certificate. After this Jaishankar laughs and says that I looked at my son's paper and said to myself, OK... where America and where are we?
