NIT-IIIT Admission: Last chance to confirm the allotted seat for the second round, fees will not be refunded if the seat is left

NIT-IIIT Admission CSAB Counseling 2022: The seat allotment for the second and final round of CSAB special counseling being conducted for the vacant seats in the colleges of NIT, Triple IT and GFTI has been released. Students who will be allotted any college for the first time in the second round will have to first submit the seat admissible fees in online reporting and upload the required documents.

 

Along with this, by paying the fees, you will also have to confirm your seat by November 5. After confirming the seat, these students will have to complete the final admission process in their allotted college by November 9.

 

CSAB Counselling: Refund will not be available on leaving the seat

If the student leaves the seat allotted in the second round of seat allotment, then he will not get any refund of fees. However, such students, who have participated in CSAB by withdrawing or canceling their seat in Josa, now if any seat has not been allotted to these students, they will be refunded the remaining fee after deducting the fee of Rs 3000.

 

Apart from this, such students, who surrendered the seat allotted in the first round of CSAB after JoSAA counseling and now are not allotted any seat, then they will be refunded the remaining fee after deducting the fee of Rs 6000.

 

CSAB Counselling: Individual reporting is to be done by November 9

At the same time, the students who have selected the slide and float option after confirming the seat got in the first round of CSAB counseling, they will be allotted college in the second round. Such candidates will have to directly report to those allotted colleges in person along with remaining college fees and required documents to complete the final admission process by November 09, 2022.

 

NIT-IIIT Admission: Fee waiver on annual income and category

According to the rules, students whose parent's annual income is less than one lakh rupees and students of the SC-ST PWD category are fully exempted from tuition fees in NITs. Along with this, students whose parent's annual income is between one and five lakhs, get a two-thirds rebate in tuition fees.

 

The seat acceptance fee and partial admission fee deposited during JoSAA counseling of the students will be adjusted against the fees of the allotted colleges. Students will have to go to the website of their allotted colleges to get all the information about the remaining college fees, required documents, and the day on which they have to report according to their allotted branch.
