Pakistan's so-called dossier on external forces sponsoring terrorism has also been rejected by Bagh Afghanistan of India. Kabul said that an UN-appointed delegation should allow Pakistan to verify its claims.

The ministry said that Afghanistan, as a major victim of terrorism, is committed to a policy of combating terrorism of all kinds, without discrimination, worldwide. Afghan territory will never be used for destructive activities against other countries.
The Afghan Foreign Ministry also said that there is no evidence that Malik (Fardoon Khan) Mohammed, one of the tribal leaders of Nangarhar province, was involved in the terrorist attacks on the Peshawar Agricultural University.
Afghanistan reiterated its call for the appointment of an international delegation by the UN Security Council. This is in line with the resolutions of the General Assembly and the Security Council regarding the fight against terrorism to clarify the terrorist incidents in Afghanistan and its causes and facts and the claim of the Government of Pakistan.
Afghanistan is preparing to receive the Prime Minister of Pakistan this week. The Foreign Ministry said that it was expected that Pakistan would raise bilateral interests and issues of debate through the existing bilateral cooperation mechanism.
