An ISIS operative with Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) has been arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police following an encounter near Dhaula Kuan, Delhi. According to sources, the arrested ISIS operative was being operated from Afghanistan by the Islamic State commanders of Khorasan Province (ISKP) and was planning terrorist incidents in India. He was also in touch with IS institutions in Kashmir. He is being taken to his native place, Balrampur, UP for investigation. Along with this, he was also in touch with ISIS Operative Islamic State through operators of Khorasan Province (ISKP) through cyberspace.
Conspiracy to shake up Delhi failed
The conspiracy to shake the country's capital Delhi has been foiled by the Delhi Police. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested a terrorist of the notorious terrorist organization ISIS after an encounter near Ring Road in Dhaula Kuan area of the capital. A large amount of explosives have been recovered from this terrorist who was arrested by the police. Pramod Singh Kushwaha, deputy police commissioner of the special cell, gave this information. Operation is going on in the area due to the possibility of more terrorists.
According to the police, the name of the terrorist caught in the encounter is Abu Yusuf. Two IEDs and weapons have been recovered from the terrorist. Now the terrorist was brought to the Special Cell office located in Lodhi Colony and questioned. Police say the terrorists were planning a major attack in Delhi. The terrorist had also performed Reiki in many places. Explain that the security forces had issued a warning of a terrorist attack in Delhi on 15 August. Since then, Delhi Police was very cautious. The police took action in the early hours based on intelligence and arrested the terrorists in the encounter. According to sources, the police are looking for some more terrorists.
Intelligence units were alerted
A few days earlier, intelligence units had reported to all security agencies, including Delhi Police, about ISIS and Jaish-e-Mohammed militants being involved in the attack. Information about three Jaish terrorists entering the country from Pakistan was also provided. In the intelligence input, it was said here that they are in the process of carrying out a major terrorist attack in Delhi. They are targeted by VIPs of the capital Delhi, crowded markets of the capital, and important places where crowds are busy most of the time. According to intelligence information, these three terrorists have entered India through the Sialkot sector of Jammu and Kashmir. They plan to carry out a major terrorist attack in Delhi in the festive season.
Link to terrorists close to Jem chief
In intelligence input, the names of these three terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed entered India are Gulzar, Juman Khan and Shakeel Ahmed. All three are said to be extremely close to Jaish chief Mufti Abdul Rauf Asghar. According to sources, Jaish-e-Mohammed is planning a major terror attack in India at the behest of the Pakistani intelligence unit ISI. These terrorists infiltrating inside India may have identity documents associated with Afghanistan. It is being told that these buses, cars and taxis can enter Delhi via Jammu and Kashmir. Security has been tightened in Delhi following the alert of infiltrators.
