Senior officers have been told to patrol mixed population areas in all districts with police, PAC and Central Armed Police Force and remain mobile in the field. Information about even a small incident should be taken with utmost seriousness and prompt action should be ensured.

He said that monitoring of all internet media platforms has also been increased. Additional PAC and police have also been deployed in sensitive districts. It has been said that in view of the festival of Eid, the police should regularly patrol on foot in markets and public places. Intelligence system has also been activated.
