After the Pahalgam terror attack, the Indian government is in action mode. The Indo-Pak border is also in alert mode. Meanwhile, Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi will visit Srinagar tomorrow (April 25) to review the security situation.

 

Top commanders of local military formations will brief him about the anti-terrorism measures taken by the force in the valley and on the LoC. The 15 Corps Commander and other formation commanders of the National Rifles will be present during this visit.

 

A high-level meeting of the Army Chief was held in Delhi.

Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi and Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh Tripathi informed the Defense Minister about the security situation in Pahalgam and the entire Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the security forces had been alerted and search operations were on to nab the terrorists.
