Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Deoband during his visit to West UP on Saturday. Shah is the first Home Minister after 1952, who reached Deoband but left here after staying here for just 17 minutes. Shah reached here at 2.32 pm and left at 2.49 pm. A huge crowd gathered on the streets of Deoband in support of Shah. Barely 10 minutes Shah campaigned door-to-door. After that, they left for Saharanpur from here. Today Shah will reach Saharanpur via Deoband. In Deoband, he will communicate with the voters and appeal for votes for BJP candidate Brijesh Singh.
