It has been decided to once again spark a political battle between the Center and the Delhi government over the 'Ghar-Ghar Ration Scheme' to be implemented in the country's capital Delhi. After the central government banned the scheme, once again on Thursday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has sent the file containing 'Ghar Ghar Ration Scheme' to Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal for approval. During this, Arvind Kejriwal has given 10 arguments regarding the implementation of this scheme.

1. Our plan following the law.

2. This scheme was implemented to follow the orders of the Central Government.

3. It is wrong to stop this scheme during the Corona period.

4. LG Sahib was informed about the cabinet decision of the Ghar Ghar Ration Scheme four times in the last three years, but LG Sahib never opposed it.

5. LG did not even oppose the notification to implement this scheme in February.

6. The LG sahib was aware that the scheme has been approved and was on the verge of implementation.

7. All the objections raised by the Central Government were corrected.

8. Despite five hearings, the Delhi High Court did not impose any stay in this case.

9. During the court case, the Center never told about any sanction.

10. Then why is this scheme being stopped?

Let us inform you that due to some objections, this scheme was stopped by the Central Government on 25 March. After this, its name was changed to door-to-door ration. After the suggestions of the Central Government, on 24 May 2021, the Delhi Government sent the file to the Lieutenant Governor to implement the scheme, but the LG returned the file and said that the scheme cannot be implemented in Delhi.

It was said earlier that the Delhi government had not taken permission from the central government for this scheme. The Delhi government has termed this decision as politically motivated.
