Aam Aadmi Party's national convener Arvind Kejriwal will visit Gujarat today and announce another 'guarantee' to the people of the state. Kejriwal was in Gujarat last weekend and is frequently visiting various districts, where the ruling BJP and opposition Congress are major political forces, as part of a strategy to position his party as a contender for power in the state.
