Sri Lankan great spinner Muttiah Muralitharan says current Indian coach Rahul Dravid is included in the list of great batsmen who could not find a way to read his ball. Muralitharan said during an event that many of India's great batsmen like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, and Gautam Gambhir could read his ball but Dravid could not do so.

During the trailer launch of the film '800' based on his life, Muralitharan said - He (Sachin Tendulkar) used to read my ball very well, but not many players could do so. (Brian) Lara was also successful in this, but he too could not hit my balls.

Great cricketer Tendulkar was also present on this occasion. Recalling his first meeting with the spin wizard, Tendulkar said - I met him for the first time in 1992-93 and since then we are good friends. The whole world knew how he used to spin the ball. If you bow to him even on the 'expressway', he will turn the ball. No matter what the surface. When he started bowling the 'Doosra' ball, he practiced it a lot in the nets for 18 months. ,

Sachin said- Only last month I had gone to Sri Lanka for some work and I sent a message to Muralitharan that I am in your city. He said that he was in India. For the first time, he told me about his biopic film and asked would come to the trailer launch of my film. I said anytime for you. I am very happy to be here. I hope everyone will like this film very much. I congratulate Muttiah Muralitharan and the entire team of the film for this film.
