On the occasion of the 135th birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and other political dignitaries paid their tributes to him. Posting on ‘X’, President Droupadi Murmu wrote, “On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar—the chief architect of the Indian Constitution and a great social reformer—I pay my humble tributes to him. Babasaheb was a jurist, economist, profound thinker, legal scholar, and a staunch proponent of an egalitarian social order. He dedicated his life to the upliftment of the deprived and weaker sections of society and made historic contributions towards their welfare.”
